Eyes of Flame

Revelation l:l4 His eyes were as a flame of fire.

 Daniel also saw God's eyes as flames of fire. (Daniel l0:6.) This literally means,"His eyes shot fire." We are living during a time of mercy, grace and forgiveness. Many people have seen a vision of Jesus crying bitterly because the people he died for (on the cross) have rejected Him.

Jesus is still extending mercy, grace, and forgiveness today. All we have to do is to accept Jesus as our Savior and he will forgive us of our sins and remember them no more against us. The Book of Revelation tells of a time when judgment will fall upon the earth. When judgment comes to the earth Jesus eyes will no longer be eyes of mercy, but eyes as flames of fire as he judges the earth.
